What is Nutrition

& Lifestyle Coaching?

As a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, I use my expertise to help you to achieve your health goals

Clients' goals often centre around weight loss, wanting more energy,  better sleep, to manage stress levels or to improve their understanding of nutrition and to cook healthier meals for themselves and their family. I also work with clients who want support in exploring a different way of eating such as a plant based or vegetarian diet.  Depending on the level of support you chose through one of my programmes we will work together over a period of 13-16 weeks to  adjust your plan and ensure it is working in the best way possible for you so that you achieve your goals

 

What happens during a consultation?

Your first 30-minute consultation is free of charge and this will determine if Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching is right for you and if we are a good match as coach and client.

After selecting one of my programmes, I will send you a questionnaire which will provide me with valuable information about your current lifestyle, likes and dislikes and what you have tried in the past. We will then spend 90-minutes in a ‘getting to know you’ session where I will ask further questions to gain a fuller picture of your diet and  lifestyle.

At our next 90-minute ‘action planning’ session we will work together to develop a plan which will help you to achieve your goals and make your lifelong health changes.

​

My review sessions are then used to tweak your action plan and add new steps where necessary to help you progress towards your goals.
