Butterbean and Almond Dip

This protein rich butterbean and almond dip accompanied by fibre rich veggies is sure to stave off any hunger.

Serves 8


400g can butter beans, rinsed and drained

3 tbsp smooth almond butter

1 garlic clove, peeled

1 tsp smoked paprika

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed

Sea salt and pepper, to serve


  • Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

  • If too thick, add a little additional oil or lime juice, to taste. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Top with a little extra paprika and olive oil before serving. Serve with a range of vegetable crudités.
