This chocolate and avocado bliss smoothie is a great healthy treat packed with protein and healthy fats which will keep you full and stave off cravings.
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
25g chocolate protein powder (try to find one with as little added sugar, sweetener or other added ingredients as possible)
1/2 frozen banana
Water or unsweetened almond milk as desired
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender, add desired amount of water or unsweetened almond milk and blend to make your perfect smoothie
