This healthy chocolate fudge always satisfies a chocolate craving and the good news is that its full of goodness, has no added sugar and is very easy to make.


  • 100g cashew nuts (or mixed nuts - mixed nuts will make it more nutty but using cashew only makes it smoother)

  • 1 medium sized ripe banana

  • 25g cocoa powder

  • 50g coconut oil or butter, melted

  • 1/4 tsp or cinnamon or allspice


  • blend the cashew nuts and banana in a blender until they are smooth

  • Add the other ingredients and blend again

  • Tip the mixture out into a plastic container (a takeaway container is good) and smooth it over, then leave it in the fridge to set.

  • Cut the mixture into squares ready to eat when you like. This will store in the fridge for up to a week.
